Muesli (Paleo & Gluten-free) Bread

I found this recipe from Elana's Pantry. This "bread" is incredibly dense and heavy. It's best straight out of the oven, but will keep for several days wrapped tightly in plastic wrap. Try it toasted or warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds. Don't feel limited by the recipe - add any mixture of nuts and dried fruit that you prefer. This really is the perfect breakfast treat!
